No. Contract price is broken down into 4 payments.

Upon signing the contract we accommodate our schedule that works best with you.

Q6: What are your hours of operation at the jobsite?

Our crew works Monday thru Friday 8:00am until 6:00pm.

Q5: What if I have some changes to be done after the project has started?

Minor changes have no effect on a contract price.

Q4: Do you provide list of references?

Yes. We provide our customers with a list of references. Also, we can schedule an appointment for you to view the completed basement.

Q3: Do you provide warranty?

We provide 12 months labor warranty.
